What Box? is a diversity outreach program that empowers students from under resourced high schools to explore potential careers in the advertising industry.

 

During after-school sessions at local ad agencies, students engage in idea development activities, presentations, and dialogues with young advertising professionals. This four week initiative provides an insider look at agency life and a fresh perspective on future job possibilities.

A successful pilot version was held at DDB Advertising in San Francisco, California, with students from Mission High School.
